$120 for initial session

$110 for subsequent sessions

$50 no show and late cancellation fee 

Counseling services may be fully or partially covered by your insurance carrier.  It is the patient's responsibility to determine your healthcare coverage and understand what your insurance plan covers.  Please be aware that you will be fully responsible for payment for services that your insurance plan does not cover. 

I also accept private pay coverage if you do not have insurance.  Rates are posted above. 

Payment:  All deductibles and copays are due at the time of your appointment.  

Cash, check, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and all major credit cards accepted.

If you do not show for your scheduled appointment or you do not notify me within 48 hours to cancel an appointment, you will be subject to a no show/late cancellation fee of $50.
